Aaron Small with Bill Addis                          Todd Cartner with Bill Addis

Aaron Small
Aaron Small has done it all for fire and life safety education.  He has been instrumental
in assisting departments throughout the state in creating, providing and assisting
programs to countless fire departments and citizens for many years.  As one of the founding
members of this Association, Aaron Small deserves to be the first to obtain this award.

Todd Cartner
Todd goes above and beyond what is expected to make sure education doesn't fall short
in South Carolina and other states.  If we could all have his ambition to get our message
out there - just think what could be accomplished in our great state.  Todd doesn't allow
the politics of our job and the road blocks we sometimes see in public education get in
his way.  He is always eager to help educate our members and friends.  Todd has worked
outside his realm as a PIO to make fire and life safety a priority in his job and in his life.
